Avion's governmentwide contracts offer our current and prospective customers straightforward access to our extensive experience and expertise. We are proud holders of contracts under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, GSA OASIS+, GSA ASTRO and Navy Seaport NxG. Additionally, we have two Army-wide multiple-award BPAs through the EXPRESS program.

The Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program provides operational efficiencies and improved mission readiness with overall value and flexibility to acquisitions for its customers and end-user organizations.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by all federal agencies who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

Avion holds an ASTRO contract (contract number 47QFCA22D0355) in the Research Pool. This Pool allows for all Research and Development associated with manned, unmanned, optionally manned, and counter Unmanned Systems (UxS) platforms. (NAICS 541715)

ASTRO is administered by GSA’s Office of Assisted Acquisition Service (AAS). It is a family of ten separate, individual, Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. ASTRO orders may only be placed by authorized contracting officers (COs) within GSA’s AAS.

SEAPORT NEXT GENERATION (SeaPort NxG)  is the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders’ (NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS). 

Simply stated, SeaPort NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.  The Navy conducts Rolling Admissions to allow new industry partners the opportunity to participate.
